Poppy is a powerful talisman. Since ancient times it has been revered by various cultures of the world. The statuette of the Minoan “poppy goddess”, which dates back to 1200 BC, represents Demeter. Her hair is adorned with a crown of poppies on stems. Poppy is a traditional Ukrainian plant that our ancestors have revered since pagan times, using as a powerful amulet and a symbol of fertility. The ancestors carried out ceremonies and rituals associated with the magical properties of poppy. They believed that if you surround a person with a circle of scattered poppy seeds, this will protect him from unclean forces. A woman who wanted to bewitch a man scattered poppy seeds around her, saying: “So that you leave me when you collect all the seeds.” weaved into wreaths, into braids, legends were made about them and mentioned in songs.

But in the Stone Age, metal was smelted from malachite rock, which was mixed with coal in an earthen pot, then they put everything in a pit and lit it.
